AUBURNDALE – Auburndale dominated from the start, pulling out to a 26-point lead by halftime and rolled to a 57-23 win over Crandon in a nonconference boys basketball game Friday at Auburndale High School.
The Eagles held Crandon (6-14) to just seven first-half points and eight total field goals in the game as they won their seventh game in a row to improve to 18-2 this season.
Evan Scholl had 21 points and eight rebounds, and Caden Weinfurter made four 3-pointers and added 14 points in the win for Auburndale.
Auburndale will play a nonconference game at Amherst on Tuesday.
