AUBURNDALE – The Auburndale girls basketball team wrapped up its 2023-24 regular season with a 43-34 Marawood Conference South Division win over Marathon on Thursday at Auburndale High School.
Auburndale led 19-11 after a low-scoring first half and were able to maintain its solid lead the rest of the way to earn the win. The Eagles finishes the regular season with a 15-9 record and an 11-5 mark in the Marawood South.
Rose Hasenohrl had nine points, Lily Bellanti eight and Gracie Hasenohrl seven in a balanced attack for Auburndale.

Auburndale will host Whitehall in a WIAA Division 4 regional semifinal on Friday, Feb. 23.
