RHINELANDER – The Marshfield boys basketball team improved to 10-1 with a 49-33 nonconference win over Rhinelander on Tuesday night at Rhinelander High School.
The Tigers bounced back from their first loss of the season last Friday to whip the Hodags, a former Wisconsin Valley Conference rival.

In JV action, Rhinelander won 44-41 over Marshfield, which drops to 5-6.
Luke Olson hit six 3-pointers and scored 18 points to lead Marshfield in the loss.
Both the JV and varsity teams will be back in action Friday when they host Wausau East.
