MARSHFIELD – Marshfield won seven events and took the team title at its home Marshfield Tigers Girls Indoor Track Relays on Thursday at the Fredrick Construction Fieldhouse at Marshfield High School.
The Tigers finished with 92 points, with D.C. Everest second with 76. Neillsville (52), Wausau East (50) and Merrill (28) also competed at the meet.
Devyn LeMoine won the pole vault (9 feet, 9 inches), Hannah Ridgway was first in the long jump (16-2¾) and Ashley Grancorvitz won the quad competition for the Tigers.
Marshfield won four relay races as well. The 4-lap relay team of Emma Ridgway, Gracie Ridgway, Hannah Ridgway and LeMoine won in 1:22.35; the two-mile relay team of Lucy Luedtke, Adeline Lonsdale, Ava Raab and Natalie Schmitt was first in 11:16.56; the 4×110 throwers team of Abigail Cera, Navaya Ostrander, Alissa Mathis and Cece Reissmann won in 1:39.48; and the 4×440-yard relay team of Gracie Ridgway, Keara Ronning, Lily Adler and McKenzie Holm was victorious in 4:37.49.
Marshfield will compete at the Wisconsin Valley Conference Indoor Meet at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on Tuesday.
