MARSHFIELD – The Columbus Catholic baseball team clinched no worse than a share of the Cloverbelt Conference East Division championship with a 16-0 rout of Greenwood on Tuesday at Jack Hackman Field.

Devlin Timmler (3 innings) and Alex Edwards (2 innings) combined on a five-inning no-hitter for the Dons, who are now 12-1 overall and 8-0 in the Cloverbelt East with two games remaining.

Emmitt Konieczny went 3-for-3 with four RBI and three runs scored, and Timmler added three hits and two RBI in the win for Columbus.

Columbus Catholic will pick up a suspended game from last week at Loyal at 4 p.m. Wednesday. The Dons lead 4-0 in the top of the third inning. The Dons will finish their conference schedule at Greenwood on Thursday.
