SPENCER – The Spencer volleyball team hosted a six-team tournament on Saturday and finished 1-3 at The Dome.
Spencer defeated Manawa 25-23, 25-11, and suffered losses to Rib Lake 25-23, 25-17; Weyauwega-Fremont 26-24, 25-20; and Prentice 25-18, 25-18.
Carmen Krause had 21 kills, Ema Schultz added 17 kills, Hallie Meyer had a team-best 34 assists, and Alexa Stange led the defense with 50 digs for the Rockets.
Meyer added 19 digs and Lydia Lau had 16 assists as well for Spencer.
Spencer will jump back into Cloverbelt Conference East Division action Tuesday with a match at Loyal.
