MERRILL – The Marshfield girls tennis team dominated Merrill, sweeping all seven matches in straight sets in a Wisconsin Valley Conference dual Tuesday at Merrill High School.

The Tigers (4-1 WVC) only lost 10 games in seven matches, with Maddie Kundinger at No. 2 singles, and the No. 1 doubles team of Isabel Krueger and Lucy Luedtke rolling to 6-0, 6-0, shutouts.

Marshfield will finish its WVC regular season at Wisconsin Rapids on Thursday. The conference tournament will be held Oct. 3 at Wausau East. Click here to view the Wisconsin Valley Conference girls tennis standings
