MARSHFIELD – The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point at Marshfield women’s volleyball team will begin its 2024 season with an exhibition against a team of Alumni on Monday.
The Marauders regular season will start Wednesday, Oct. 2, at UW-Platteville at Baraboo.
Eight players make up the 2024 Marshfield squad, which is coached by Brent Ystad, and assistants Jared Ystad and Sierra Ystad.
Emma Karau of Marshfield, Maya McConkey of Granton, Danielle Mann of Gilman, Savanna Frederick of Pittsville, Tehya Evans of Milwaukee Messmer, and Spencer graduates Hannah Reckner, Claudia Krause and Sienna Sallach make up the Marauders team.
The season schedule will be made up of home-and-home matches with UW-Stevens Point at Wausau, Baraboo, and Blackhawk Technical College of Janesville, along with three exhibition matches against Alumni.
