STEVENS POINT – Marshfield won a pair of races and took second in another as the Tigers placed fourth at the Stevens Point Middle School Girls Swimming Meet on Thursday at Stevens Point Area Senior High.
Stevens Point won the competitive six-team meet with 104 points. Marshfield was fourth with 62.
Earning wins for Marshfield in the all-relay meet were the 200 medley team of Sophia Kayhart, Kedren Klumb, Noelle Sampson and Tenley Kolb in 2:14.99, and the 200 butterfly team of Klumb, Gabby Schwab, Noelle Sampson and Kayhart in 2:19.83.
The 200 breaststroke relay team of Kolb, Lily Sampson, Adelaide Ellsworth and Klumb finished second in 2:54.87 for the Tigers.
Marshfield’s next meet is Tuesday at John Muir Middle School in Wausau.
