EDGAR – The Auburndale volleyball team won two of three matches at the Edgar Quad on Saturday at Edgar High School.
The Eagles lost to Mosinee in three sets, 15-25, 25-18, 15-13, before coming back to sweep Athens 25-19, 25-18, and a rematch with Mosinee 25-19, 25-20.
Sidney Wolff led Auburndale with 15 kills and Myah Katzenberger added 13 in the three matches for the Eagles.
Chesney Nagel had 30 assists and Jaylnn Scherr had 17 assists, and Auburndale’s defense was led by Kylie Anderson with 23 digs and Lily Bellanti with 21.
Auburndale will host Wausau Newman Catholic in its final Marawood Conference South Division match of the season Tuesday at 7 p.m.
