SPENCER – The Spencer girls basketball team has already matched its win total from last season with a 55-35 rout of Colby in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game Thursday night at Spencer High School.
Autumn Davis scored 20 points to lead the Rockets, who are now 6-1 overall and 2-1 in the Cloverbelt East, after finished 6-19 and 1-13 in conference play in 2023-24.
Spencer led 29-18 at halftime and held on in the second half, outscoring the Hornets (2-4, 0-3 Cloverbelt East) by nine.
Spencer’s next game is Tuesday at Owen-Withee.
