MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield girls basketball team picked up its third-straight win, downing Holmen 60-50 in a nonconference game Tuesday night at Marshfield High School.
McKenzie Holm had 18 points and Hailey Klumb added 14 for the Tigers, who are now 3-2 this season.
Marshfield dominated the first half, rolling out to a 37-23 lead by halftime and were able to hold on for the double-digit victory.
Makenzie Nunemacher had 17 points for Holmen (1-5).
Marshfield is back at home Friday to take on Wausau East in a Wisconsin Valley Conference game.
