Oshkosh West overwhelms Marshfield girls basketball

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield girls basketball team was held to 23 percent shooting and committed 23 turnovers in a 61-29 loss to Oshkosh West on Saturday as the Marshfield Tiger Holiday Tournament concluded at the Fredrick Construction Fieldhouse.

Oshkosh West (5-4) ran out to a 32-14 lead by halftime and were not challenged the rest of the way as it finishes the tournament with a 2-0 record.

Zaida Kolbeck led Marshfield (4-4) with 13 points.

Marshfield hosts La Crosse Central for another nonconference game on Friday at 7:15 p.m.
