AUBURNDALE – Five Auburndale players scored in double figures as the Eagles downed Neillsville 66-43 in nonconference boys basketball action Monday night at Auburndale High School.
Josh Lundgren went 6-for-6 from the free throw line, made a pair of 3-pointers, and scored a team-high 16 points for Auburndale, which is now 8-1 this season.
Peyton Weinfurter added 15 points and Ayden Raab 11 as both made three 3-pointers for Auburndale, which finished 11-for-19 from long range in the home victory.
Andrew Hoeser topped Neillsville (2-5) with 16 points.
Auburndale plays another nonconference game at Necedah on Friday at 7 p.m.
