COLBY – The Stratford boys basketball team dominated the second half, turning a one-point halftime deficit into a 68-50 nonconference win over Colby on Friday at Colby High School.
Down 28-27 at half, Stratford (14-2) outscored Colby 41-22 in the second half to finish off an 18-point win, its third straight victory.
Drew Bruesewitz scored 19 points, Jett Schoenherr added 12 and Brooks Vanderhoof 10 for the Tigers.
Colby drops to 5-8.
Stratford will host Edgar for a Marawood Conference South Division game Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.
