PARK FALLS – The Stratford boys basketball team won its fifth game in a row with a 50-34 victory over Chequamegon in a Marawood Conference crossover on Friday at Chequamegon High School.
Kaden Foster and Riley Spindler each scored 11 points for Stratford, which is now 16-2 overall and 10-2 in the Marawood South. The Tigers remain one game behind Auburndale in the conference standings.
Stratford hosts Black River Falls for a nonconference game Monday, the first of five-straight home games.
Chequamegon falls to 3-15 and 1-11 in the Marawood North.
