SPENCER – Spencer junior Autumn Davis scored 32 points and surpassed the 1,000-point mark for her career as the Rockets blasted Thorp 65-35 in a Cloverbelt Conference seventh-place crossover game Thursday at Spencer High School.

The Rockets doubled up Thorp by halftime, leading 36-18, and rolled to the win.

Davis hit two 3-pointers and made six of eight free throws on her way to her game-high in points.

Emma Nieman added 12 points, and Montanna Kohls drained three 3-pointers to finish with nine for Spencer, which finishes the regular season with a 10-14 record.

Spencer will take on Necedah in a WIAA Division 4 regional quarterfinal on Tuesday with the winner moving on to a regional semifinal at No. 1 seed Neillsville on Feb. 28.
