NEENAH – Once again Marshfield took Neenah to the wire and once again the Rockets prevailed by a slim margin.

Last season ended for the Tigers with a four-point loss to Neenah in a WIAA Division 1 sectional final, and in the rematch Tuesday in a nonconference matchup, Marshfield dropped a 51-48 decision as it saw its nine-game winning streak end at Neenah High School.

Valin Ramberg scored 19 points and Brooks Hinson added 13 in the loss for the Tigers, who are now 17-6 this season.

Joey Daun had 18 points and Nick Schultz made four 3-pointers to finish with 16 points for Neenah (15-8).
