MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield girls soccer team was held without a goal in a 2-0 nonconference loss to Pulaski to open its 2025 season Friday night at Heiting Community Stadium.
Anya Hasser scored in the 34th minute and Emma Hyer added a goal in the 65th minute for Pulaski.
Kailyn Kurth and Mia Preston led the defensive charge for Marshfield, which allowed only seven shots on goal. Goalkeeper Payton Bremer had five saves for the Tigers.
Marshfield will host Rhinelander for another nonconference game on Saturday at 1 p.m.
