MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield girls track team hosted a six-team relay meet on Thursday inside the Fredrick Construction Fieldhouse and came away with the team victory.
The Tigers finished with 132 points, with D.C. Everest coming in second with 118 points.
Marshfield won three field events – combination of three athletes – and four running relays to earn the meet title.
Picking up victories for Marshfield were the high jump team of Emma Ridgway, Olivia Sommers and Isabella Ryner; the long jump team of Alana Schoen, Sydney Quarne and Lani Elmhorst; the triple jump team of Lily Adler, Sommers and Abigail Cera; the 4×880-yard relay team of Natalie Schmitt, Taiya Lang, Katie Winder and Madison Bauer (11:31.73); the 4×110 throwers relay team of Cera, Alyssa LaPointe, Hannah LaPointe and Valencia De La Torre (1:35.70), the 1,200 sprint medley relay team of Devyn LeMoine, Ryann Kilty, Lucy Luedtke and McKenzie Holm (2:43.28); and the 4×440 relay team of Holm, Ella Joyce, Adeline Lonsdale and Luedtke (4:32.91).
