SPENCER – Auburndale sophomore Morgan Griesbach did it all for the Eagles on Thursday.
Griesbach went 4-for-4 with a double, a triple, two RBI and three runs, scored, and threw a four-inning perfect game as the Eagles defeated Spencer 15-0 in a nonconference softball game Thursday at Spencer High School.
Griesbach struck out 11 and didn’t allow a Spencer batter to reach base in the win as the Eagles improve to 5-3 this season.
Breleigh Grimm added a double and four RBI, and Myah Katzenberger had a single, a triple and two runs scored for Auburndale.
Spencer falls to 1-5.
Auburndale hosts Wausau Newman Catholic on Monday, while Spencer is off until Tuesday when it plays at home against Gilman.
