STRATFORD – Laney Pankratz threw a five-inning one-hitter, and had two hits and two RBI to lead the Stratford softball team to a 12-0 win over Crandon on Thursday at Hilgemann Field.
Pankratz struck out 11 and walked two while allowing just one single in the Tigers’ win as they improve to 6-3 this spring.
Alyssa Bargender had two hits and three RBI, and Tria Tubbs knocked in a pair for Stratford.
The Tigers will play a Marawood Conference South Division game at Marathon on Monday.
