WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Auburndale baseball team kept its unbeaten record intact with an 11-1 win over Wausau Newman Catholic on Monday at Lincoln High School.
Blake Raab threw a five-inning complete-game two-hitter for the Eagles, striking out 13 without a walk. He also added a pair of RBI in the win.
Peyton Weinfurter, Josh Lundgren, Nathan Richardson and Colten Brandl each had two hits for Auburndale (5-0, 3-0 Marawood Conference South Division).
The two teams will play again Tuesday at Brockmeyer Park in Wausau.
