AUBURNDALE – Liz Breu scored 13 points and Lindsay Gotz added 11 as eight different Auburndale players scored in a 57-29 dominating nonconference win over Rib Lake in girls basketball action Monday night at Auburndale High School.
Auburndale rolled early, outscoring Rib Lake 16-5 in the first quarter as Breu and Kayleigh Kundinger each scored five points in the period.
The Apaches, who have won five of their last six games, scored more points in the second half (30) than Rib Lake did in the game (29).
Kelly Tomfohrde grabbed seven rebounds and had five steals, and Melissa Hartle also had seven boards for Auburndale.
The Apaches return to their Marawood Conference South Division schedule Thursday at Northland Lutheran.
