MARSHFIELD – Marshfield won 10 of the 11 events to take a Wisconsin Valley Conference girls swimming dual meet over Merrill 86-69 on Thursday night at Marshfield High School.
Megan Marotz won the 100 freestyle (59.95) and the 50 freestyle (27.37), and was part of the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams that won for the Tigers.
Sarah Claessen also won a pair of individual races for Marshfield, taking first in the 200 IM (2:40.62) and the 100 butterfly (1:19.31).
Marshfield is at D.C. Everest on Sept. 29.
