TOMAH – The Marshfield boys basketball team suffered its second straight loss, falling to Tomah 56-51 in a nonconference game Tuesday night at Tomah High School.
Adam Voss had a career-high 13 points, nailing three 3-pointers, and Ben Satter also scored 13 to lead the Tigers, who drop to 5-4 overall.
Marshfield trailed from the middle of the second quarter on, but remained in striking distance throughout. Tomah ended up 13 of 18 from the free throw line to ice the win and improve to 3-6.
Matt Krause and Alex Jaromin each scored 19 points to lead the Timberwolves.
Marshfield plays at Wausau East on Friday.
