STRATFORD – The Stratford Rec Department STAR men’s basketball league returned to action Sunday after a few weeks off for the holidays.
*Clint Schlinsog scored 44 points, Chris Klempke had 38 points and Ryan Jokobi added 23 to lead After Hours to a 134-58 rout of L&N Hardwoods. Justin Rothamer had 21 points to lead L&N.
*Down Under Bar & Grill beat The Shack 108-74. Jake Frombach scored 29 points and Chris Kalk had 26 for Down Under. Ryan Bluhm led The Shack with 26 points and Kevin Leick added 21.
*Mike Riemer scored 42 points for Marawood Construction in a 101-61 win over MOB.
*Kizzy & Sue’s Bar & Grill knocked off Rozellville 109-79 behind Dan Weinfurtner’s 46 points and Neil Weiler’s 43. Jake Kolb scored 33 points to lead Rozellville.
*Athens defeated USBancorp 107-59. Tony Schultz scored 40 points and Tom Schaer had 26 for Athens.
*DFF Kitchen Cabinets beat Festival Foods 83-64. Justin Matsick had 26 points for DFF. Pete Kaiser led Festival Foods with 24 points.
