Marshfield boys golf team wins Antigo Invitational

ANTIGO – Kyle Hoffman and Michael Josephson each broke 80 to lead the Marshfield boys golf team to a season-best score of 321 and first place at the Antigo Invitational on Monday at Bass Lake Country Club.

Hoffman shot a 78 to take second and Josephson fired a 79 to finish third and lead the Tigers to the win.

Matt Sandquist of Wausau West won medalist honors with a 72.

Brandon Brown had an 81 and Craig Serchen shot an 83 to round out the scoring for Marshfield.

The Tigers will play at the fourth leg of the Wisconsin Valley Conference Tournament on Tuesday at Merrill Country Club.
