AUBURNDALE – Liz Krum tossed a one-hit, five-inning shutout to lead the Stratford softball team to a 10-0 win over Auburndale on Monday in a Marawood Conference South Division game.
Krum struck out two and walked two in earning the victory.
The win keeps Stratford in a tie with Wausau Newman Catholic for first place in the Marawood South with an 8-2 record.
Rachel Ludwig went 3-for-4 and scored twice to lead the Tigers’ offense. Krum added two hits and two runs scored, and Jenessa Denfeld had two hits and two RBIs for Stratford.
The Tigers play at Edgar on Friday.
