MARSHFIELD – Nolan Redetzke took 17th in the boys race and Rebecca Voss finished 28th for the girls for the Marshfield cross country team, which competed Saturday at the Columbus Catholic Invitational at Wildwood Park.
Redetzke ran in 16:57.2 to pace the Tigers’ boys, who tied for ninth place in Division 1.
Voss led Marshfield’s girls with a time of 16:37.8. The Tigers took ninth as well in the Division 1 girls standings.
Wayzata (Minn.), Green Bay Notre Dame and Chequamegonm won both the boys and girls team titles in Divisions 1, 2 and 3, respectively.
Columbus Catholic had only three girls runners for an incomplete team score in Division 3. Rachel Roehl led the Dons, taking 21st in 18:28.9.
The Columbus boys finished fifth in Division 3, with Travis Wienke leading the way with a 17th-place finish in 19:06.6.
Columbus will be competing at the Marshfield Invitational at Wildwood Park on Tuesday.
