SPENCER – Loyal outscored Spencer 9-3 in the fourth quarter to pull out a 21-17 win in a sluggish Cloverbelt Conference East Division girls basketball game Thursday night at Spencer High School.
Neither team scored in double figures in any quarter and both shot under 25 percent from the field and struggled from the free throw line as well.
