Langreck, Brodziski earn all-Cloverbelt honors

Marshfield Columbus Catholic’s Dodge Langreck and Spencer’s Bryan Brodziski were named to the first team All-Cloverbelt Conference Boys Basketball Team, as voted on by the conference coaches.

Langreck, a senior, is the point guard for the Dons, who won the Cloverbelt East championship with a record of 14-2.

Brodziski, also a senior, helped the Rockets to a 13-3 record in the Cloverbelt East, good enough for a tie for second place with Neillsville.

Also named to the first team were sophomore Casey Reetz of Augusta, junior Jeremy Rahm of Colby and seniors Cain Trunkel of Neillsville and Ryan Kitzhaber of Owen-Withee.

Columbus senior Tyler Mancl and Spencer senior Tyler Kolstad were named to the second team.

Columbus senior David Green and junior Travis Pischel, and Spencer sophomore Steve Gilboy were honorable mention selections.
