STRATFORD – Stratford dominated Stevens Point Pacelli from the start and cruised to a 49-20 win in a nonconference girls basketball game Monday night at Stratford High School.
Hannah Schmitt scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, and Brooke Schultze added 11 points, five rebounds and five steals for the Tigers, who improve to 8-6 with the victory.
Stratford led 19-6 after one quarter and 32-10 at halftime.
Pacelli falls to 6-9 with the loss.
Stratford hosts Wausau Newman Catholic on Thursday.
