Marshfield boys basketball drops road game at Rhinelander

RHINELANDER – The Marshfield boys basketball team lost its second straight game, falling 58-47 in a nonconference game at Rhinelander High School on Tuesday.

Rhinelander improves to 14-2, while Marshfield falls to 10-9.

Luke Zuiker scored more than half of Marshfield’s points, finishing with 24. He was 10 of 23 from the field, while the rest of the Tigers were just 9 of 36. Marshfield was 4 of 26 from 3-point range.

The Tigers play at Wausau East on Friday. The game will be broadcast on WDLB-AM 1450 and wdlbwosq.com beginning with pregame at 6:45 p.m.
