Stratford boys basketball snags road win at Whitehall

WHITEHALL – Jake Reif led three Stratford players in double figures with 14 points as the Tigers edged Whitehall 47-46 in a nonconference game Monday night at Whitehall High School.

Nolan Bargender added 12 points and nine rebounds, and Travis Urlaub had 11 points for Stratford (13-5).

Stratford trailed 36-30 heading into the fourth quarter before outscoring the Norse 17-10 in the final period to pull out the win.

Stratford plays at Wisconsin Rapids Assumption on Thursday.
