MARSHFIELD – University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County hosted its annual Marauder Tennis Invitational on Saturday at the UW-M/WC and Marshfield High School courts.
For the women, Bekah Wood won the No. 4 singles championship, and Kelsey Fierke and Emma Easterly took first at No. 2 doubles for the marauders.
Tim Resheske won the No. 6 men’s championship for Marshfield.
The Marauders had three men’s doubles teams finish second – Carter Havicon and Brian Brost at No. 1, Mike Schneider and Tyler Langreck at No. 2, and Resheske and Mike Solberg at No. 3.
Winning the consolation bracket for UW-Marshfield/Wood County were Nikki Hertel at No. 1 singles and Fierke at No. 3 singles for the women, and Brost on No. 2 singles, Schneider at No. 4 singles and Solberg at No. 5 singles for the men.
