GREEN BAY – The Auburndale volleyball team rolled through its competition, going a perfect 7-0 to win the Green Bay East Invitational on Saturday.
The Apaches defeated Green Bay East, Southern Door, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, New London, Menasha, Winneconne and Sheboygan Christian to win the tournament title.
Shannon Yahnke had 43 kills and Camille Swart had 41 to lead the Auburndale offense. The Apaches totaled 44 service aces in the seven matches, led by Hannah Castellano, who had 11.
Castellano also led Auburndale with 55 digs and Kendra Kundinger had 103 assists for the Apaches.
Auburndale will play a Marawood Conference South Division match at Pittsville on Tuesday.
