MARSHFIELD – De Pere hit 11 3-pointers and outlasted Marshfield 76-58 in a nonconference girls basketball game Saturday night at Marshfield High School.
The Redbirds were 11 of 22 from 3-point range and made 11 of 14 free throws in the win. De Pere improves to 3-1, while Marshfield falls to 1-3 overall.
De Pere led 43-33 at halftime and the Tigers couldn’t make up any ground in the second half.
Ellie Fehrenbach and Caitlin Michaelis each scored 12 points and Ellie Kummer added 10 for Marshfield.
Bailey Ryan was 4 of 6 from 3-point range and scored 16 points for De Pere. Margaret Miller made three 3-pointers and also finished with 16 points.
Marshfield is at D.C. Everest on Tuesday.
