AUBURNDALE – Stratford scored multiple runs in the second, fourth and six innings and went on to shut out Auburndale 13-0 in a Marawood Conference South Division softball game Friday at Auburndale High School.
Stratford scored a pair of runs in the second, six in the fourth and five in the sixth to finish off the win via the 10-run rule.
Auburndale had six hits, including two each by Sydney Schmutzer and Kendra Kundinger.
Stratford statistics were not provided.
The Tigers play at the Gilman Tournament on Saturday and Auburndale is back in action Monday at Wausau Newman Catholic.
