Marshfield grad Darian Molter has assist in Winona State women’s soccer victory

WINONA, Minn. – Darian Molter, a 2014 graduate of Marshfield High School, assisted on a goal to help the Winona State University women’s soccer team to a 4-1 victory over Northern Michigan on Sunday at Marquette, Mich.

Molter, a freshman forward, assisted on Shauna Rodman’s goal at the 65:05 mark to help the Warirors build a 3-0 lead at the time.

Molter has averaged 34 minutes per game in Winona State’s first two games of the season and had two shots on goal in the opener, a 2-1 win at Michigan Tech last Friday.

Winona State opens its home schedule with its Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference opener against Upper Iowa on Thursday and will play another home game next Sunday against Emporia State.
