BARABOO – The Marshfield boys basketball team won its second-straight game, defeating Baraboo 54-47 in a nonconference game Saturday afternoon at Baraboo High School.
The Tigers improve to 2-2, while Baraboo remains winless at 0-3.
Kegan Fassler led a balanced attack for the Tigers, scoring 11 points. Caleb Alexander and Jordan Schlinsog each added 10, and Alec Hinson had nine for Marshfield.
Marshfield trailed 39-36 after three quarters before rallying by outscoring the Thunderbirds 18-8 in the fourth quarter to pull away.
Marshfield’s next game is Tuesday at home against La Crosse Central. The game begins at 7:30 p.m.
