MARSHFIELD – Derrick Shivers and Hunter Busse each scored 28 points to lead the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County men’s basketball team to a wild 103-97 victory over UW-Richland on Monday night at the Marauder Gym.
Shivers was 12 of 16 from the field and Busse went 7-for-10 from 3-point range for the Marauders.
Joseph Estrict added 20 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, and Greg Belter had nine assists for UW-Marshfield (6-10, 3-3 Wisconsin Collegiate Conference).
The Marauders are off until Feb. 4 when they play at UW-Marathon County in Wausau.
