NEILLSVILLE – Neillsville held Marshfield Columbus Catholic to two hits in a 23-1 win over the Dons in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division softball game Monday at Neillsville High School.
Victoria Dieringer and Erin Knoeck had the lone hits for the Dons (2-4 overall, 2-3 Cloverbelt East).
Neillsville remains unbeaten in conference play at 7-0 and improves to 8-1 overall.
Katelyn Welsh walked four and did not strike out a batter in the loss.
Neillsville’s statistics were not provided.
Columbus plays a doubleheader at Loyal on Tuesday.
