AUBURNDALE – Collin Hawkins went 4-for-4 with two doubles and three RBIs to lift the Auburndale baseball team to an 11-6 win over Pittsville, its second straight victory in the Marawood Conference South Division.

Paul Willfahrt walked six and allowed eight hits, but went the distance and earned the win for Auburndale, which pounded out 15 hits.

Wyatt Weiler was 4-for-5 and scored twice, and Aaron Willfahrt, Paul Willfahrt, and Cooper Krings each added two hits for the Apaches (5-7 overall, 4-4 Marawood South).

Auburndale scored four times in the first inning and never trailed. The Apaches put the game away with a four-run fifth.

The Apaches host Wisconsin Rapids Assumption on Thursday at 4:45 p.m.
