RHINELANDER – The Marshfield gymnastics finished third out of 10 teams at the Rhinelander Snowflake Invitational on Saturday.
Freshman Emma Haugen placed second in the all-around and the vault, and fifth in the floor exercise, Megan Smith was second in the uneven bars, and Brooke McGrath took fourth in the vault for the Tigers.
Earning sixth-place finishes for Marshfield were Isabelle Jensen in balance beam and the all-around, Megan Smith in the vault as the Tigers earned nine individual medals.
Ashland won the team title with a score of 129.125, with Antigo second with 128.2 and Marshfield third at 123.75.
Marshfield is off until next Saturday when it travels to the Tomah Invitational.
