AUBURNDALE – Stratford scored in all five innings, finishing it off with a seven-run fifth inning, to beat Auburndale 12-0 in a Marawood Conference South Division baseball game Friday at Auburndale High School.
Jake Kauth tossed a complete-game two-hitter, walking two and striking out four.
Matt Griffith and Josh Kolbeck each had two hits, including a double, for Stratford (8-9, 6-5 Marawood South).
Dave Altmann and Jesse Brokish each had a single to account for Auburndale’s two hits. The Apaches drop to 2-15, 1-11 in conference action.
