Spencer/Columbus wrestling cruises to win over Cadott

SPENCER – Spencer/Columbus Catholic had four pins on its way to a 44-15 win over Cadott in a Cloverbelt Conference wrestling dual on Thursday at Spencer High School.

Austin Post got things started with a pin at 132 pounds for the Rockets (4-1 Cloverbelt Conference) 43 seconds into the second period.

Austin Day (170), Hunter Luepke (195) and Jake Dick (106) also had pins for Spencer/Columbus.

Tim Bauer added a 15-0 technical fall victory at 145 for SC.

Spencer/Columbus’ next meet is Saturday at the St. Croix Falls Invitational.
