AUBURNDALE – The Stratford wrestling team wrapped up a perfect Marawood Conference dual meet season with a 74-3 victory over Auburndale on Thursday at Auburndale High School.
The Tigers finish the Marawood regular season with a 7-0 record.
Dylan Altmann defeated Sam Wenzel 4-2 in the 145-pound match for the Apaches’ lone win.
Jake Drexler (113), A.J. Schoenfuss (120) and Aiden Hoffmann (195) won by pin for Stratford.
Manny Drexler had a technical fall at 106 and Dylan Schoenherr won 6-5 over Kellen Wolfe at 170 for the Tigers’ other two wins in matches that were wrestled. Stratford won another eight matches by forfeit.
Stratford and Auburndale will compete at the Marawood Conference Tournament on Saturday at Pittsville.
