Marshfield softball game cancelled after 2 1/2 innings in Illinois

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. – The Marshfield softball team had its game cut short on Friday due to weather after taking a 5-1 lead over Hersey.

Megan Donahue hit a two-run home run and Emily Draeger had a pair of runs for Marshfield before the game was cancelled after 2½ innings.

The Tigers will play at Ottawa (Ill.) on Saturday.
