HOLMEN – The Marshfield boys basketball team won its second game in a row, defeating Holmen 65-56 in a nonconference game Tuesday night at Holmen High School.
The Tigers are now 2-1 and will play at De Pere in another nonconference game Friday. The game will be broadcast on WDLB-AM 1450 and wdlbwosq.com at 7:15 p.m.
Marshfield trailed 35-28 at halftime before storming back with a dominant second half, outscoring Holmen (0-1) 37-21.
Alec Hinson had a game-high 16 points to lead four Tigers in double figures. Reed Miller added 12 points, and Ethan Posteluk and Grant Michaelis each had 10 in the win.
